Shipping Policy
At Dr.Mexalin, we work hard to get your order to your door as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping options, processing times, and delivery.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping — FREE
Delivery within 5–8 business days after your order has been processed. Free on all orders — no minimum required.
Expedited Shipping — FREE (Today Only)
Skip the line. Expedited orders are prioritized in our fulfillment queue and shipped out first. Normally a paid upgrade — free for all orders placed today.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Order Tracking
You can track your order at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or through the Track Your Order page on our website. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
Delivery Delays
While we do everything we can to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate right away.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Dr.Mexalin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still can't be located within 3 days, reach out to us at drmexalinhelp@gmail.com and we'll help resolve the issue.
